- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.
Free U.S. Shipping is available on qualifying orders when offered.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
KAVO Scents is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you whenever possible.
International Shipping
At this time, KAVO Scents ships within the United States only.
We plan to expand international shipping in the future.
